Scorpio Technology specialises in supplying schools (both primary and secondary) with a wide range of Technology kits. The kits introduce technology through simple electronic and mechanical systems,. Progressing through the choice of kits, increases the complexity and the time required. Some kits use PCBs and Pickaxe technology. Each kit contains all the electrical, electronic and mechanical components needed to build the device. Each order comes with comprehensive instructions (Teaching unit) which are written to suit the CSF (Curriculum Standards Framework). Note: The charts are to be used as a guideline only – construction times vary depending upon the student’s existing knowledge, skills and experience, as well as the amount of design input expected of them.
