This Low Voltage Microscope Lamp is a general purpose illuminator used for microscope or other laboratory work. Also useful for generating energy from solar cells. Normally the microscope lamp is used on the bench to top illuminate subjects under the microscope or to provide illumination into the mirror below the microscope stage. The low voltage reflector lamp provides a very efficient light but runs quite cool and the ventilated housing remains cool.
A 2 core cable 1m long with moulded, stackable 4mm banana plugs fitted, connects the lamp to 12V.AC or DC power and one lamp can plug into the socket of any other lamp so there is no need to run each lamp back to the 12V power supply.
