This digital thermometer provides 9 to 12-bit (user configurable) temperature readings which indicate the temperature of the device. It does not require any external components to work.
1-wire interface requires only one port pin for communication.
Can be powered from data line itself - no need for external power source.
Power supply range: 3.0 - 5.5V.
Measuring range: -55°C to +125°C (±0.5°C Accuracy).
Conversion time: <750ms (12-bit temperature to digital word).
