This 300x300mm circuit board with 16x strong upstanding pins for the connection of components for the teaching of basic electricity. Each component has a metal tab that makes a reliable connection to the pins. IEC has more advanced electricity kits in its range.
Complete with joiners, various types of wire for heating and melting experiments, globes, cables with alligator clips, battery holders for ‘D’ cells, lamp holders, press switch, thin copper foil, carbon electrodes and an excellent experiment book.
Experiments are limited to very basic electricity, series & parallel connection of lamps, basic electroplating, electromagnetism, conductivity and more. For more flexible teaching and for entry into more advanced experiments, including AC induction and transformers.
