Desiccators are sealed containers that are used for drying samples under atmospheric pressure or vacuum pressure. These can also protect chemicals that are hygroscopic, as well as protect samples from dust and moisture in the air. Vacuum desiccator are molded from transparent polycarbonate (PC) high quality plastics which is light and easy to handle. Silicone O-ring assures tight seal down to 0°C without using grease and ensures vacuum retention. Three-way polypropylene (PP) stopcock with a PTFE key and a 6.35mm ID vacuum port.
