This item is a very high power light source mounted inside a metal housing with viewing holes on two sides complete with shutters to select the desired viewing hole. The lamp is 12V x 100W quartz halogen and it generates considerable heat. The housing is ventilated to allow air to flow through without light escaping. A strong support rod is provided to permit the light source to be mounted on a retort stand with a boss head. A 1m long cable is terminated with moulded stackable banana plugs.
